how can write function or macro in order convert annual dummy variable quarterly?
want: suppose in cell a1 have value 0, want b(1:4) 0. a2 = 0, want b(5:8) 0. a3 =1 b(8:11) =1 , on 5000 cells in column. appreciated!

Android soft keyboard reverts to default keyboard on orientation change -

Rendering JButton to get the JCheckBox behavior in a JTable by using images does not update my table -
