amazon web services - AWS S3 Content Metadata is not set in response -

in particular, problem image , "content-type: image/png".

i tried upload image of .png type using different approaches:

1. "upload" using admin console s3 default upload options;
2. "upload" using admin console s3 explicit setting of content type in meta data details;
3. using https://github.com/pkgcloud library

all 3 save content proper metadata, displayed:

. however, if try access via s3 http link, "content-type" not set.

there workaround, not seem work though: open admin console s3 , press "save".

does issue s3 metadata, or should additional done make metadata added response?
