when change serversessiontimeout value worklight.properties files should restart worklight server changes effect?

worklight.properties part of .war file. therefore required re-deploy .war file.

depending on underlying application server (tomcat, full profile, liberty profile), may need restart it. need restart, yes.

Android soft keyboard reverts to default keyboard on orientation change -
