is there way automatically generate docstrings python in visual studio express 2013? if remember correctly, in pycharm if type """ after function/class header automatically generates docstring following:

def foo(a,b):     """     :param a:     :param b:     :return:     """

ideally, able edit template/profile generated docstrings.
