Visual Studio 2015 Using Incorrect Cordova Version -


i'm new cordova development, , i'm using visual studio 2015 rc on windows 10. i'm targeting cordova 5.0.0, however, when i'm debugging using windows phone emulator, , take @ dynamic code, notice visual studio pulling down cordova 3.9.0-dev. missing here?

i'll note, other problem on here, i'm not seeing obvious issues this, , cordova plugins i'm using work.

i'm not git user, but, appears cordova.js different each platform (windows, windows phone, ios, android, etc...). windows phone 8, i've been focusing on, looks latest version in fact 3.9.0-dev, assuming i'm looking in right place.

Android soft keyboard reverts to default keyboard on orientation change -
