What is relational data? -


i'm not asking relational database is. i'm asking relational data is. makes data relational? examples of relational data , of non-relational data illustrate difference?

edit: understand there isn't "relational" data itself, , there advantages representing data sets relationally.

even if question malformed, think lot of other people might have same question, want know answer, google etc. think it'd useful if come across this.

"relational data" poor terminology used indicate data managed "relational" dbms. "relational" not characteristic of data per se , term per se is, essentially, hopeless misnomer. if hear use it, take serious indicator/alarm person in question doesn't have clue.

also note relational dbms's not exist (not in industrial scene) , closest approximation "relational" dbms sql dbms's db2, oracle, sql server, postgresql, ... "approximation" quite distant one.

Android soft keyboard reverts to default keyboard on orientation change -
