Can't update Google Sheets Add-on -


i've published add-on google sheets google web store.

then had fix small bug, i'm having troubles publishing updated version of script. when click "publish" in script editor menu, , "implement google sheets add-on" see following message:

it asking me accept terms , conditions of store. after clicking review, i'm redirected https://chrome.google.com/webstore/developer/update?authuser=0 page, asking upload new zip file.

is bug or doing wrong?
